Zelda Kaplan most likely died a happy woman on Wednesday after collapsing at a New York City fashion show. Kaplan, 95, was sitting on the front row for Joanna Mastroianni’s fashion show as she passed out after the second model walked down the runway.
She was carried out to paramedics who attempted CPR but were unsuccessful. She was pronounced dead at a Manhattan hospital a short time later.
Kaplan was notorious for her partying, even at a late age, she was known to stay into the wee hours at some of the trendiest clubs in New York City. The socialite was known to have always worn African outfits along with large hats and sunglasses.
TMZ.com has another video of Kaplan being attended to then carried out during the show. Click here to watch.
