The Morningside Manor Neighborhood Watch team in Mobile nabbed a big one today.
Concerned neighbors called police after seeing a car speeding carelessly through the community around noon. When cops pulled over the led-foot driver, they found former Auburn standout and current Detroit Lion Nick Lachester Fairley behind the wheel, with weed.
Fairley was charged with 2nd-degree marijuana possession and booked into Mobile Metro County Jail on $1,000 bond. He has since been released.
Fairley might want to give Alabama’s Dre Kirkpatrick a ring. He just got off the hook in Florida for a similar offense.
